Cancellation Policy

* Session cancellation up to 4 hours prior (instead of the current 24hours). * Members that “No show” or cancel last minute will now incur a £5 fee by way of stripe invoice. (Everyone will get one free pass). These will be sent out via email. * Sessions will be frozen until £5 fee has been settled. .
