what to expect
You will receive a complimentary telephone consultation prior to commencing training. We'll discuss expectations, accountability and cover goal setting. The first sessions generally cover a bio-mechanical assessment to identify any weaknesses or imbalances. Sessions will be fully bespoke, periodised & challenging to promote variety, structure & progression.
My strength and conditioning has really improved since working with Chris in our PT sessions. We've also zoned in on some of my weaker areas which has helped my overall fitness. Chris knows how to challenge you in an fun & motivational way so I always look forward to our sessions & the sense of achievement at the end.

Chris stands head and shoulders above every other Personal Trainer I've worked with. Beyond his vast knowledge and qualifications, it's the creativity he uses to devise strength and cardio programs that deliver maximum results which sets him apart. As an ex track athlete I'm quite able to train on my own, but it's my sessions with Chris that produce the gains in both my max reps and strength endurance. Importantly, he has a great 'eye' and continually corrects my form to stop injuries and consequently having to take breaks from my training. Chris's gym set-up is very impressive with extensive strength and cardio equipment, or as I call them, instruments of torture, so there is limitless variety in my sessions.
