group fitness

Our group fitness & bootcamp sessions are run outdoors all year round. Classes run in all weather conditions so come prepared. Depending on the season will determine the type of sessions we run however we have an all-encompassing philosophy and try to cover all facets of strength and cardiovascular training.

what makes our

Rather than approaching sessions with a general "scattergun" approach, grouping multiple random exercises together and creating a general circuit class, you will find that the training we offer is periodised across 10 - 12 week blocks.


Our sessions are organised, structured and tried & tested. Having this approach promotes variety, progression & all round conditioning. We aim to help you build an engine to perform, making you stronger in all facets of exercise. You can expect to see noticeable progress in as little as 4 weeks & the condition you'll gain is transferable to most disciplines & activities.


We do not train our members with a "one glove fits all" approach. All sessions are scalable which is why we have such a vast range of ability levels and ages.
